Trying to find a program for this.

I just found this quote outside, I knew it existed and right now I am in need for it.

"there's a program that notifies you when a program attempts accessing a directory on your computer".

Anybody here knows which program is it?

1) diskpulse can monitor file changes

I agree on TechSupportAlert. That's generally a very good website for finding the tool or program you need for most any situation. The reviews there are also pretty trustworthy when they are kept up to date. I appreciate the fact that it can tell you whether to expect any unwanted bundles with potential software choices you may use.
