Trying to remove Search Marquis but Extension list is empty in safari

Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6
Infected device issues
Search Marquis has appeared due to my down load of Clean My Mac

I have followed all of the recommended steps in trying to remove Search Marquis from safari but the Extension folder is empty
