Please edit your config accordingly or post it here and a staff member will edit it.
You might consider adding an additional on demand scanner.
Aside from the firewall issue it looks good.

CCleaner is an obvious choice, otherwise I think you are very well protected. You didn't mention your firewall, but I think BD Free+Windows Firewall+good browser add-ons is more than enough for an average user.

It is a most useful junk cleaner utility: Light, fast, and verified to be effective after a lot of years of existing.
The great plus is that there is also a portable version (direct download) that you can download and use, so that it does not leave any files locally in your system.
