No issue on my side. In fact uBO always clashes with Ghostery instead

If you use uBlock Origin + uBlock Orgin Extra and/or Ghostery go to

StartPage Web Search

You'll find NOTHING's being blocked!

However, if you use TunnelBear Blocker you'll find

4 fingerprinting, 2 scripts & trackers and 1 ads blocked!
