Umbra want to create a website

ok, i am lazy to google , so i am sure someone here knows how to do:

my goal: create a website to sell clothes
my requirement: must be free

i guess i will need:

a webhoster: which one is free and easy to use?
what soft i will need to craft the website? (don't tell me to use Dreamweaver cracked ^^)
what else i should consider?

If don't mind to be .com there are free website builders with great features and bandwith like

Wix
Weebly
WordPress

and you can create very good site with very little knowledge.
Of course there are some .com .net .org domain giveaways or discounts for some ridiculous money (5$ per year) you can google some of them
