If you cannot find an install option, update your browser or use its bookmark option to keep MalwareTips close.
After installation, open the app and sign in. Enable push notifications in Preferences if you want alerts. On iPhone and iPad, push requires a Home Screen web app and iOS or iPadOS 16.4 or later.
Sign in to manage notificationsInstallation is optional. Your notification settings stay under your control.

Check Disk report:
- Press the
+ R on your keyboard at the same time. Type cmd and click OK.![]()
- Copy/Enter the command below and press Enter:
Code:chkdsk C: /r- You should get a message to schedule Check Disk at next system restart. Please type Y and press Enter.
- All you should do now is to restart your PC and let the Check Disk process finish uninterrupted.
- Press the

- In the left panel, expand Windows Logs and then click on Application.
- Now, on the right side, click on Filter Current Log.
- Under Event Sources, check only Wininit and click OK.
- Now you'll be presented with one or multiple Wininit logs.
- Click on an entry corresponding to the date and time of the disk check.
- On the top main menu, click Action > Copy > Copy Details as Text.
- Paste the contents into your next reply.
New problem: chkdsk gets stuck at 10%. On first attempt, PC went to sleep during, when I woke it, it seemed chkdsk was done. There was no wininit log generated. I am trying again, but stuck at 10%. Appreciate your help though!Hello,
