Hi,

I am trying to install the Kaspersky Antivirus 2014 on my system, but I am getting the following errors. I have Eset security 7 installed on my system and a complete system scan has been done. I am sure that there are no virus. Still. I am sharing the screen shots. Can some one help.

Kaspersky is horrible as it seems. When I try to run the virus removal tool my system shuts with a blue screen  tried to run it several times. Finally no clue.

So you cannot uninstall ESET with the ESET AV Removal Tool?

Have you tried App Remover, http://www.appremover.com
No, I managed to uninstall ESET. while I am trying to install KAV 2014, I got the above error(screenshot attached) As suggested by my friends above I downloaded KVRT. When I run this tool, my system shuts down with a blue screen with an error " Attempted execute of noexecute memory(21559507 sys).

Wonder what is wrong. Since I am confident that my system is virus free.

If you have never had installed Kaspersky before or no changes done on the system by the Kaspersky installer, there is no use to run the Kaspersky Removal Tool. Otherwise, did you select Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2014 or previous Kaspersky product when using the Kaspersky Removal Tool?

To clear the remaining files/settings left by the ESET installer, I am sure you can run the ESET Removal tool.

If any of the drivers or system settings are corrupted, you can run "dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" in cmd with administrator privileges. This will scan and attempt to repair damaged system files.

FYI, the DISM tool was useful to me because I had Windows Store corruption on one of my laptops. The windows store corruption resulted in Windows Installer failing etc.

I did so several times, only to get : error " Attempted execute of noexecute memory(21559507 sys).

Earlier, you were talking about Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool. This is a different tool to Kaspersky Removal Tool. So, please confirm which tool you ran in the first place?

If you ran KVRT (as you stated), then please try using the Kaspersky Removal Tool from the link I provided.
