Solved Underlined Words Pop-up Ads infection

Hello,

Since today I am getting weird popups from sites with a random string.
Words are getting underlined in green and when I hover over them it turns in an ad.
I ran multiple scans like malwarebytes,avira,.. but nothing helped.

I found the solution.
Apparently an extension called "who deleted me" that I have been using for some time caused this problem possibly because of an update.
