Undetected Virus

I have had this problem on two PC's. It started after I started using a game online. It is called HackerExperience. It was a browser game which is a bit popular.
Also I have seen that if I restart the computer enough times, there will be none of those symptoms for an hour but sometimes it starts as soon as I start the computer.

Also I completely forgot to add this but I tried resetting the OS but all I get is this error.
Error: “There was a problem resetting your PC”
It reaches 57% but then shows that error.
