Among the attached docs is also a 'fixlist.txt' which was generated by one of the removal programs in the link, which of them I'm not sure. My antivirus was bitdefender and I'm pretty sure the infection came from a pdf file which was behaving weirdly that I downloaded on September 29. Then I didn't suspect a virus attack, but from the heavy symptoms last week I was able to confirm. Running a full system scan on bitdefender also didn't help and so yesterday I uninstalled bitdefender and tried running windows defender scan which also couldn't detect anything. None of the antivirus programs and methods are working and this is my last resort. I don't want to clean install OS again as I will have to reinstall several work related programs and perform many other tasks which will be a big hassle. I believe your expertise will help me fix the issue rather than having to perform a reinstallation. Please help me out here. Thank you.
Hi, I've mentioned most of the current problems in the 'current issues and symptoms' box. I tried to fix the issue on my own using 'http://malwaretips.com/blogs/malware-removal-guide-for-windows/' but the removal programs were not able to detect anything. The programs were run in safe mode as the system is very slow in normal mode and even freezes completely sometimes. Also as mentioned, I was unable to run TDSSKiller in normal mode as the virus prevented it. I've attached all the required logs so that we can find a speedy solution. Thank you.
