Solved URL:Mal cannot be removed

As described in the answers to the above questions, I cannot remove URL:Mal from my laptop. I followed all 5 steps in the MalwareTips article listed below, but the issue persists. I've attached a screenshot of the entire message from AVG, along with the 2 text files requested.
