Used cCleaner and now can't access the internet (plus tons of other stuff are gone!)

Sept 25- my computer was moving very slow so I decided to clean it. Afterwards my screen saver was gone, my audio is gone, when I open Microsoft word docs I Get an error that says license application can not be verified and it shuts down, I am showing 8 Windows updates needed but I get an error when I try to install Code 80246008 Windows defender will not turn on Error code 0x80070422. And many other things will not work! I can't upload anything to the post because I'm using my cell phone to try and get help.
