When CF blocks that, you just need to unlock it clicking

When you unlock the browser you can use it normally

Yes, Avast with @Jack settings : PUA activated, Hardening Mode in Aggressive
And it uses only 32 Mb RAM in my system
Other good option would be CIS or Qihoo for a free and light protection with a strong a demand scanner like you are using
