In principle it is for all P2P programs.

You have to access your router and you have to do it connected by cable.

The normal thing is to write 192.168.1.1 in the address bar of your browser. (User and password usually "admin" and "1234" or a combination of these. There are 1,000 routers and 1,000 configurations so I advise you to search on google like do it in yours

tixati is an excellent alternative to uTorrent.
tixati uses much less CPU than qtorrent does, in my experience
