I would add an on-demand AM scanner such as Malwarebytes Anti-Malware or Emsisoft Anti-Malware (probably MBAM since it'll look funny using EAM with BD).

Let me recommend the ublock extension instead Adblock in your browsers, is lighter and effectively and to work with Ccleaner , put PrivaZer on your computer.

I agree with other members about privacy software such as Ccleaner and Privazer and OD scanner.
I suggest a system control software such as Speecy (free), for hardware informations and SMART Hd data control.

I suggest you to add Sandboxie which will increase your security, as you mentioned that you visit phishing sites.
Along with the above mentioned you can add MBAM, ESET Online Scanner,ZAM ..... etc to your on-demand scanners.
Please rethink on using AVG PC Tuneup, it is not safe to use. It will create more problems than it can solve.

Good configuration, straightforward just add on demand scanners as per mentioned by members just for checking purposes once a week.

Optional suggestion: You may add Lastpass for storing passwords securely.

I would not rely solely upon BitDefender to protect your system if you visit phishing sites; drive-by infections are always a potential problem.

You might consider Sandboxie to add some additional protection in that regard.

I agree with adding SBIE and some on demand scanners to your config.
I would also consider uBlock in place of ABD and HTTPS Everywhere in FF
