You can go to update & security, specify active hours.Does your phone automatically restarts without prompting you? I have this issue in my phone.
Its not the update problem. I have already set the active hours in it. This issue used to happen even in WP 8.1 and earlier version of WP 10. I feel annoying sometimes and feel like throwing it.You can go to update & security, specify active hours.
yes same phone. exactly. What is your FW version? Do you've the same phone as I do?
Yes same firmware but "hardware revision number is 3.0.0.0" . Does this make any difference?Same FW as in Sreenshot?
Yes it says made in Vietnam at the back near the battery.Yes it does. Do you've the Vietnam version or other variant?
Whats that?Have you tried using WDRT before installing W10? I did that before upgrading to W10. Now, I'm waiting for actual W10 ROMS from MS for WDRT.
As this update was fresh everything was new. I must try chkdsk once. Some say its the problem of the simcard as I had my old sim trimmed and inserted. I will be porting soon then I have check if this issue will be fixed or not. If not I may have to say farewell and buy a new phone. Is your phone memory nearing its full capacity? If so, move some apps to sd card and also sometimes faulty sd card can cause this issue. Use chkdsk on sd card to possibly fix any file system issue, if any.
Windows Device Recovery Tool that erases your phone and flashes your phone with wp8.1 and latest FW. It is indeed bad that MS didn't provide update for older Lumias.Whats that?
Yeah I got a new airtel 4G SIM and migrated to new SIM from old trimmed airtel SIM. That's the reason I get acceptable battery life and that random reboots have stopped occurring. if your problem isn't solved, create an account @Windows Central and even I'm there as v535. You never know, if there're more users with the same issues as you do.As this update was fresh everything was new. I must try chkdsk once. Yes I did. A few weeks back my phone stopped working during the update and even after several attempts the update was not completing and my phone was not starting. So I had to freshly install every thing upto now.Windows Device Recovery Tool that erases your phone and flashes your phone with wp8.1 and latest FW.
