I personally don't like adblockers but most people would say advised or ublock as a replacement for an adblocker. You should add Zemana Anti-Malware as another On Demand Scanner.

That's one of the best 'out of the box' pre-tinkering configs I've seen here on MT. Simple but excellent choice of software (apart from Adblock as already mentioned) and covers all bases with far fewer programs than my setup, for instance.
