BIS 2016 is more than enough and I would consider running MBAM as an on demand scanner.
How does BIS 2016 run on Windows 10 ? Any problems with install or conflicts ?
Consider adding one or two more on demand scanners
Imo CCleaner or Privazer are more than enough and could replace ASC but that is up to you.

Seems a terrific configuration, all layers are covered.

Optional: You may reduce some apps running on background without using Game Booster by limiting any processes running on background manually so that you may not always done repeatedly using the tool repeatedly.
