Troubleshoot VM-Ware Workstation Internal Network

Hello Everyone, From many days i was trying to find out how can i connect two Guest OS Internally, I just wanted this for Penetration Testing Purpose.

I use VM-Workstation - It Fast.
Don't know but all my Guest OS in Virtual Box are too slow.

I am using VMware Workstation Technology Preview July 2014 which you can get from https://communities.vmware.com/community/vmtn/workstation/vmware-workstation-technology-preview-2014

It expires January 15, 2015

Also if you do install the preview it defaults to a debugging mode which does slow it down however I found out you can get a nice speed boost from disabling that mode if you follow the tip from this link http://www.tinkertry.com/how-to-dis...ology-preview-2014-for-a-serious-speed-boost/

@NZRADAR Hello Thanks, But i am not that familiar with VM-Ware but i don't which network mode will connect the Two Virtual Machine Internally.
