Battle VMware Workstation vs. Microsoft Hyper-V: Which one to go with

Which among the Virtual Tools will serve best for it's purpose for doing malware test. any advice please?

I would vote for VMware Workstation for many reasons, but two of them you already mentioned. It's easy, fun, and full of features. You can automate a lot of stuff with it.
Microsoft Hyper-V is nice as well, though you have more "freedom of choices" with VMware.

I have yet to come across anyone here that uses Hyper-V for Malware Testing, so be sure you understand how Hyper-V works on and with Windows 10.

VMware Workstation (paid) and VirtualBox (freeware) are easy to understand and can be installed with less Windows-specific requirements.

I use VMware Workstation latest version for malware protection. For added protection I've added all the VM processes to the Guarded App list in Appguard. This blocks them from memory read and writes.
