"Check you meet the requirement for Hyper-V:
  • Windows 10 Enterprise, Professional, or Education
  • 64-bit Processor with Second Level Address Translation (SLAT).
  • CPU support for VM Monitor Mode Extension (VT-c on Intel CPU's).
  • Minimum of 4 GB memory
Hyper-V is built into Windows as an optional feature -- there is no Hyper-V download or installable component. The Hyper-V role cannot be installed on Windows 10 Home."

I have yet to come across anyone here that uses Hyper-V for Malware Testing, so be sure you understand how Hyper-V works on and with Windows 10.

VMware Workstation (paid) and VirtualBox (freeware) are easy to understand and can be installed with less Windows-specific requirements.
