You're not gonna get torrent speeds and torrenting stability in the charts; you have to ask others that actually use the product (the VPN you are interested in).
I use windscribe but my upload speed when i seed is too low i don't know if its vpn fault that is slow when seeding. When i do speed test i get normal upload speed.
