Hi,

Both of these Antivus progams are disabled.
I strongly suggest you enable one of them Possibly Comodo only.

AV: Windows Defender (Disabled - Up to date) {D68DDC3A-831F-4fae-9E44-DA132C1ACF46}
AV: COMODO Antivirus (Disabled - Up to date) {05BC7AB5-FF0E-71EC-1054-15DA19B62DC7}
<<<>>>

Please download the attached Fixlist.txt file to the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the FRST.txt log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

The Computer will restart when the fix is completed.

It will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.
===

Please post the Fixlog.txt.
---

If the problem persists and Chrome is Synced with other Devices reset it.

Execute the suggested fix.

Restart the computer normally.

When all is well you can reset the Syncing.
===========

p.s.
Many optional programs were Identified by AdwCleaner and Malwarebytes.
If the problem returns it may be possible that it's coming from one of the Optional Programs.
