Is it paid version?
W10 Creators and above don't play nice with Audio enhancements from 3rd party apps like Creative, Conexant, Realtek, Waves, B&O, Dolby etc..

Yes Paid version. They had a free version, not sure if it is still available though.

Own it, and B-DPS is way better, at least from my experience.
