I'd just like to know what antivirus is everyone using and why? I'm currently using avast antivirus. Easy to manage and saved me lots. Lately hangs up on me a little though.

ESET Smart Security 7.
But I do love Emsisoft & Kaspersky, But KIS Antivirus modules are just decent, whereas Emsisoft is perfect but big UI is too bad,

I am using ESET NOD32 because it's runs great on my laptop, I won a license, and it is one of the best av's on the market! If I didn't have a license I would be using Avast free which is also one of the best av's period.

> Emsisoft Anti-Malware
> AppGuard
> Shadow Defender on Demand
> Gary Utilities 5
I can use Norman Malware Cleaner one week. With herdProtect a couple time a week!

I dumped MBAM and i'm using Norman Malware Cleaner and Emsisoft Emergency Kit
If you want add Kaspersky, you should remove Emsisoft then because it will cause conflicts Malware Test!
I am concern about Kapsersky detection, but not the cleaning abilities. Where as Emsisoft Anti-Malware detection is good,
but cleaning abilities is not as strong.
Maybe, it better just to keep Emsisoft and not add Kaspersky. And remove MBAM and add AppGuard.
Then, I am finish with my setup. And I can use Norman Malware Cleaner one week.

Got annoyed, used it for 3 years.I found Norman much better, and keep Emsisoft installed because it's detection is great.

None. But I use a firewall, some custom monitoring software (ring0 beacon) and some hardware defences. I use Avast on my families computers though
