That sounds like a great strategy! Engaging in relaxing activities can help reduce stress. Keep up the good work and remember, it's okay to have bad days.

I listen to singing bowls or to 432Hz music, sadly there are many fake ones, but you can tell within 2-3 secs, you can literally feel it.
In US FDA finally acknowledged the power of frequencies and they started to use it to treat liver cancer, so it definitely does something.

Sometimes you have to get technical, deficiency in certain minerals and vitamins can cause anxiety. Particularly Magnesium and B vitamins.
But when taking supplements it is important to avoid "fake" ones, like Mg with 4% absorption or B12 (cyanocobalamin) with a "little" cyanide.
Magnesium also requires potassium, which is hard to get from supplements, since it is limited to 100mg and you would need like 40 pills a day.
Lack of GABA and melatonin (blue light) are modern causes of depression. Getting plenty of sleep is not enough, if you lack the proper REM sleep.

I go gym or just go somewhere I’ve never been before… or I go out with mates.
I build arms…

Regular hiking in nature is a must for me. It's my preferred form of mental, emotional and spiritual therapy along with meditation. Connecting with other people is also very important. We are social beings after all, living in modern society. Social atomization is an underlying feature of the world's growing dangers.
