Hey @CodaPG,
It's nothing more than some spam, happens on all forums - here actually less than in other parts so this is why is so unusual.
Our spam filters are very good at getting these spammers before they post however sometime they miss (like in this case). I've cleaned up everything and added some extra filters to prevent this from happening.
With that being said, please use the Report button when you see this type of spam because we get notified and take action faster. : )

It is not Japanese. The impression of double-byte characters seems to get worse.
