By 10 o'clock I'm so tired I just want to relax and sleep on the couch. Then I wake up in the wee hours of the morning and go to bed.
It's what I call "sleeping the second shift".
When I smoke my little evening joint (only smoke in the evening), especially if there are a good science fiction movie, my eyes start to be sleepy around midnight. Pretty good time to sleep.
Always after midnight, even when I get up at 3am to work, otherwise the day feels wasted, I just force it and randomly browse the web. I will rather sleep in than to go to sleep sooner.
