New Update WhatsApp group chats are getting @all mentions, anonymous polls, and more

In order to get the attention of members of a group, people generally tag a member by mentioning their name using @.
Now, WhatsApp is adding support for @all mentions.
Instead of manually tagging individual members, users can type @all to notify everyone in the group about an important message.
It is important to note that @all notifications will be delivered even when the group is muted.
However, members can also independently mute @all alerts through WhatsApp’s notification settings.
