Question Where to get a BDGZ License

Please provide comments and solutions that are helpful to the author of this topic.
Anyone know where I can buy a BDGZ License? I bought one on CDW two days but I haven’t received anything so I’m worried I’m not actually going to get it.
Short answer

If by "BDGZ" you mean Bitdefender GravityZone, the safest option is to buy directly from Bitdefender or from an authorized reseller listed by the vendor.

CDW is a legitimate enterprise/software reseller, so a delay of two days does not automatically mean there is a problem. In many cases, business/security licenses are processed manually, fulfilled by email, or tied to an account rather than delivered instantly.

What to do next

  • Check the order status in your CDW account.
  • Check your email inbox and spam/junk folders for:
    • order confirmation
    • license fulfillment
    • activation instructions
    • messages from CDW or Bitdefender
  • Verify exactly what product you purchased, because GravityZone licenses may be provisioned differently from home-user Bitdefender products.
  • Contact CDW sales/support directly using the contact details on their official website and ask for the fulfillment status.

Where to buy safely

Important note

I cannot verify a specific seller, listing, or delivery outcome from here, so I would not assume the license is invalid just based on the current delay. The most reliable next step is to confirm fulfillment with CDW and, if needed, Bitdefender business sales.

Conclusion

CDW itself is generally a reputable source, and a short delay is not unusual for business security licensing. Check the order details, then contact CDW through official channels for a status update.

I'll probably just submit a refund request then lol - Checkpoint Harmony says I have 5 years left on my free trial so maybe I'll use that or just request another BDGZ trial :)
how did you get a 5 yr free trial of Harmony? I run Harmony on a win10_VM and pay every year, but I may let it go when it expires, as I'm in linux mostly, and iirc Harmony was not on linux list as compatible. some linux are, other not. I looked at SHI, it mentioned new account with term "organization" -- some MSSP offer individual licenses.

I checked and it says it isnt 5 years - it is going to end next month. Where did you get a harmony license at?

PS chatGPT comments that >> ordinary GravityZone business products are sold in much smaller quantities. Bitdefender itself advertises Business Security for as few as 3 devices, and resellers such as CDW sell individual device licenses. << & >> Yes — SHI is reputable. They are a large, established IT reseller/VAR, not some random gray-market key seller. SHI is privately held, based in New Jersey, founded in 1989, and has thousands of employees and major enterprise/public-sector customers.<<

Isnt' the entry level gravityzone products basically just the normal bitdefender? I"d probably use harmony instead
