7zip is free, light, simple and managed almost all kind of archive; hard to go without it

I mainly use Bandizip.I like the file association & never had a problem with it.I also use 7-zip portable when i need to extract an exe.I will try haozip though...it looks good.

I have a portable version, but I use 7zip mainly. When booting with a live CD, I use what's in A43

Haven't tried Haozip yet maybe in a day or 2. WinRar, I'm fed up with the nagging popup that It is expired

Do you know if it is any good compared to 7zip? Also i see that it has not been updated for two years exactly now, are they still developing/supporting it?

EDIT:

Well dates should not be used as i just noticed, 7zip has not been updated since 2010-11-18. Still i am curious as to how you think these two compare.
