This is what I'm looking for, "0 false positives", but did IObit Uninstaller make false positive for you?
Didn't use IOBit, I did use Revo Uninstaller Pro and Total Uninstall and GeekUninstaller before but with them they have false positives here and there so you have to be really careful and it takes a lot of time to go through each entry when there are many left overs. With HiBit Uninstaller, I have tested it extensively and now I can just blindly hit clean all knowing it will work 100% without causing any issues every time. Also, despite it being free, the developer is very friendly and will help if there is any doubt you have regarding any entry, he will ask you take a screenshot of the leftovers and tell you if they're actual FPs or not.

Me, too, had false positives with both Revo Uninstaller and GeekUninstaller, and they don't get frequent updates to fix such issues (I talk about the free versions here). Do you use the advanced scan with HiBit Uninstaller or the regular scan? I have it installed, but I use its other tools more than the uninstaller feature.

I found virtual box to be the best free software for this task, leaves no leftovers on the system no matter how much you test applications. 🤪

Seriously why clutter your system with possible corrupted files from testing applications when a virtual machine will provide you a safer platform all the way around to do so.

HiBit Uninstaller beats them all, has 0 false positives, junk files cleaner, and free

It's fast too, doesn't require restart and are not forced to reboot.
There was a bug where it would uninstall all versions of a software, in my case Thunderbird. But that's been fixed in 1 or 2 versions ago I think.
On a old pc that was factory reset, It removed all traces of Wildtanget games, that was in a older version, I removed per-installed games with broken uninstallers that didn't uninstall the games, failed uninstall before it was complete, I don't know why. But Hibit Unistaller uninstalled it.
I tried Unistalr But it forces you to uninstall to complete the uninstall process, even on software that doesn't require it. And it's horribly slow. Initial scan for software takes endless, but you can skip it if you haven't installed anything new. The uninstall prepossess is slow.
So far my fav has is Hibit Unistaller. It has other useful tools too.

I used to use HiBit but switched to Bulk Crap Uninstaller after Hibit failed in an uninstallation while BCU did its job without any problems.

I had this problem with HiBit too, does Bulk Crap Uninstaller find leftovers more than other uninstallers? Last time I test it, it was mostly find prefetch files only.
I like Hibit Uninstaller. It was the only uninstaller the could totally remove Mcaffee Total Security. Even Mcaffee's uninstall tool, it couldn't remove it.
Yesterday, I tried to uninstall Wise Care 356 using HiBit and IObit found 7 registry entries missed from HiBit.

Nope, unless Bulk has improved a lot since the last time I tested it. It's close though.

It's common that entries are missed between uninstallers. What matters more is which one removes more associated entries and has lesser false positives.

By your experience, which one has the least false positives among all uninstallers?
Obviously the one that doesn't perform any advanced scans :D i.e. Windows uninstaller.

What you really need is an uninstaller that strikes the right balance between thoroughly removing unwanted entries and minimizing false positives.

In my experience, HiBit is a top contender in this regard, especially since the last 1 or 2 years with regular updates. Revo Uninstaller is second, and both are excellent options when considering free uninstallers.

What makes HiBit far more useful that Revo is it's toolset, as it is not just an uninstaller.

I already installed HiBit, but I use its tools not its uninstaller 😅, Revo does false positives for me in the past (yes I used the advanced installation selection).

Out of topic, is there a safe registry cleaner you recommend?
I've been fortunate enough to not encounter any issues with registry cleaners since my Windows 7 days. It's essential to note that individual experiences may differ, and what works for one person may not work for another.

Among the registry cleaners I've used regularly, I've had no negative experiences with Wise, HiBit, and CCleaner.

Honestly I've attained Revo Pro via "questionable methods" (I'm not allowed to use the exact terms) and I prefer it to anything really. Super thorough, doesn't leave anything behind.
In before someone asks, no, there's no malware on my system.
