The support tickets I opened were solved in 1 to 2 business days so no complains from that department. In the past I had big issues with that. The malwareprotection seems to be better than last year. Also the secure browser (Pay guard) is a nice feature. On the FP department the only issue I had was with Cyberlock. I had to add it to the exclusion list.F-secure reacts quick, no performance issues and the banking protection is a nice feature. No issues with other software. I only noticed that F-secure has a slight drop in the detection of malware. I my own tests of the last 3 months it had a decrease in detection rate compared to other products. Even the webprotection scored medicore. It could be temporary. I cannot test it at the moment. My license ended. I used F-secure for more than 2 years and the only problem I had was a issue with the updates.</blockquote>
