I'm also using SecureDNS via dnscrypt(port 5353) along with cloudfare(port443). btw, does it mean you've stopped using yandex & cleanbrowsing dns?

Yes, Yandex was too slow and provided no protection whatsoever. Cleanbrowsing blocked too much, like image/video sharing webpages.
I was using DNSCrypt.nl for some time, but then it has suddenly upgraded to dnscrypt v2, which is not supported by Yandex.
