Why every my message requires moderator approval?

I am a little bit confused with the forum settings: I have to wait for a moderator approval every time I write a comment on the forum in different topics. Why is it like this?

This is because You still have 3 msgs posted, once You become more active posting, the forum automatically will disable the moderation.
