Window security center can't be started

OS: windows 7 64-bit (x64)


Symptoms: I noticed the window security center keep showing an error message saying that "Security Center service can't be started". Trying to turn it on another error message saying that


I tried to scanned with an antivirus program but it keep showing the same message after I reboot my computer. I'm also trying to google to solved the problem, but it still don't working fine.


Can you please help?

Thanks, I've solved the problem for window security center and devices and printer can't open.
After scanning for many times yesterday, I found some of these issues :
a) Invalid Shortcut:Uninstall.lnk
b) Internet Explorer (IE) settings in the Start Menu modified
c) Desktop icon information cannot be displayed
d) Applications unnecessary to start up: Application recommended
e) Trojan.Generic: Win32/Virus.NetTool.ace
f) Dangerous Applications: Behavior approximates that of Trojans

However, today I found some spyware in my computer which slow down my internet connections and my antivirus had deleted all of them. Below are the scan results:
