Windows 10 64 bit 1803 or 1809-Both are good but always go with last one(1809).![]()
Same here, except in some cases, most issues are caused by a badly maintained system bloated by stockpiled security apps and tweaks.v1809 is stable for my device and 3 others.
Problematic upgrade? Clean install. Still broken? Revert back to whatever you used before.
And end up blaming the OS or one of the billionth security software installed for the mess. I am not saying Win 10 is prefect or bug free, hell it was pretty buggy at the launch, but after million cumulative updates/patches it's usable and stable now. In short win10 1809 is safe to install now. It's funny because it's true. Windows users logic = More is better.
If you want a stable 10, then 1709. 1803/1809 issues will be fixed in 1903, while introducing new ones of course, that pretty much sums it up.![]()
A typical x64 update has ~1GB, but if the user has all previous updates, it will download only about 200MB, updates backup 3 times, but to other locations so it is most likely meant for upgrades, but 7GB is hardly enough. Just esd files take 3GB, etc, I bet they will increase it even more. So, how often are these big Windows 10 updates released? Once or twice a year?
