Can anyone suggest the best way to optimised a Windows 10 Laptop

>4th Generation Intel Core i3-4030U (1.90GHz 1600MHz 3MB)

>Windows 10 Home

First get the basic right.
How much ram does this laptop have?
I recommend a minimum of 2 x 4 GB.
Does this laptop have an SSD?
Highly recommended.

Add a SSD and upgrade RAM to 8GB minimum.

And get a SSD as well, and have the Windows install onto it. A 128GB SSD wouldn't cost you a lot in Amazon U.S. .
