Troubleshoot windows 10 or windows 7

I have to install a windows in my another pc,what would be better to install for this purpose,windows 7 or 10.If you have any more tips to resolve the problem please share with me so that i can play this game with full speed.

No no no,
use windows 10 .

Aside: From January 2020 on there will be no support for windows 7 any more...
