I would like to get a little help on what could be causing my issue.

i7 4790k w/ water cooler
R9 390 VGA
8GB RAM
Windows 10 x64 build 1703
KTS installed
256GB Samsung 840 EVO SSD

Problem:

Randomly restarts, no BSOD. Twice a week roughly.

What I've done:

Checked for overheating issues (none)
Uninstalled KTS and KPM (same thing happens with it uninstalled)
Checked VGA drivers (newest)
Sometimes it does it when I insert my master password into Kaspersky Password Manager and press Enter (see above)
PC is malware free
Check RAM (was OK)

I'm stumped and tempted to just re-install. Since there is no blue screen, do they make an app similar to Blue Screen View to find what could be causing the issue?

try using iobit driver booster and update all your drivers

here is the key to activate pro version = 6BCA2-00A17-7B3E8-453B4

I thought about this, but I've heard using driver updaters is a big NO NO. Anyway, I just did a memory check. RAM checked out fine.

Did you overclock? Is your power supply decent? Did you try a format?

No overclocking. Good quality PSU. I haven't formatted yet, but am thinking about it lol.

So there is no program out there to monitor in detail what happens during a random reboot? Better than event viewer?

No because you have sudden power loss apparently so everything crashes so it will not log it. I would reset the bios, format and see how it goes from there.
