At February 2020 patchday Microsoft released a standalone UEFI security update KB4524244 für Windows 10, that caused serious issues.

Uninstall the update in any case!
In the KB article Microsoft gives hints what to do in case of issues: Uninstall the update. Some people (e.g. here) interpret it as: ‘if the update doesn’t cause any issues, leave it on the system”. In this special case I recommend uninstalling the update in any case, because of the potentially broken Windows 10 reset feature.

This update was never offered to the Enterprise edition. Even searching for updates did not make it available.

After my Win10 Pro automatically updated, I ran a manual update check on my Win10 Enterprise VM, and it was not offered.

Yep.
It is why i always said, VMs can't be considered as accurate as a real system for testing anything.

I depend on the image I created more than reset however I uninstalled as I won't any possible problems .Windows 10 updates tends to be curse if I don't need the update it is preferred to be avoided
