Come on Windows, you can do it, keep going, don't give up.....LOL. My goodness, some of these Windows Updates, including previous updates and installs take forever 
I'm on a newer notebook with a SSD so that isn't an issue. NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 went fairly quickly.
