Windows 10 is by far the most refined OS I've tried so far. Windows 7 to Windows 8 was not a big jump for me. 8 to 8.1 was a little bit better. But from 7 to 10 or 8 to 10 or 8.1 to 10, you can really notice a massive difference. Big fan of 10.

win 10 is very new and it has bugs but i thing it is still better than win 8.
