I never used them before and using them for my Mom who had a stroke

She had a stroke on the left side which effected her right arm and leg. Plus her right eye vision.

My question is how can I make the mouse pointer larger in Windows 11 ?

You mean the cursor? Go to Control Panel > Mouse > Pointers tag > Scheme then chose thats the one you want the larger as any name whatever you want
