Question Windows Firewall Control beginner questions

What I'm getting at, is it better / more secure to just turn off notifications rather than putting it in learning mode, or lowering profile or exiting WFC?

Of course, better just disable/turn off Notifications, there should be no problem unless next installation of a new software or app...

I know this is an old thread but I recently learned that by using Andy Ful's WindowsHybridHardening Light you can add LOLBins and Office executables to Windows Firewall Control - and it's very easy to work with
