Hello. I have rebooted the whole computer and reinstalled Windows again (together with removing all files) but to no avail. The Helppane.exe pops up the moment I clicked anywhere on the computer, even on Safe Mode.
I downloaded Malwarebytes, DLL Tool, Registry cleaner. Malwarebytes did not detect anything. The results were the same for DLL Tool and Registry cleaner.
Not sure how to solve this. Please help!
