Troubleshooting Windows PnP Driver malfunction

Hello,
Every time I attach my camera for photo transfer, windows PnP driver requires installing driver software again and again.It does not recognize my camera second time.Every time I have to run troubleshoot and fix it. How can I get rid of this ?
