Windows Special accounts User list, SpecialAccounts UserList ..
Go to Registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList
Here you have this same like me, I hope:
HKLM-SOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionWinlogonSpecialAccountsUserList - sharp resiz.jpg

This same list more detailled, you have with right click on My Computer/Manage/Local Users and Groups/Users.
Look too on PCHunter/Other/User Name ..
All these acounts are legit, so no worry about. I have some of them marked with red cross ..
- But maybe it's wise to delete some of them? What do you think about?
