Advice Request Windows Task Manger Network Speed

Has anyone tested to see how accurate network speed on windows task manger is? As in the speed you see where it has your Ethernet or WiFi connection.

Please not. This tool is unmaintained for 10 years now!

Task manager use by default 1s for refresh so this info might get some inaccurate. But it can be changed in task manager itself
Else it should be accurate enough.
