Known Issues:​

  • Windows: the Circumvent Censorship feature does nothing when using the TCP protocol due to a missing feature in the OpenVPN DCO driver. If you require use of the TCP protocol and the Circumvent Censorship feature, you can add ws-use-openvpn-wintun to the Advanced Parameters setting to force the use of the wintun driver.
 
Thanks for sharing the detailed update on Windscribe 2.14 Build 12. It's good to see improvements and fixes in areas like split tunneling, decoy traffic, and VPN interface network category. The addition of per-app split tunneling on macOS and decoy traffic feature are notable. However, users should note the known issue with the Circumvent Censorship feature when using the TCP protocol on Windows.
 
Anyone know a good deal for 3 years subscription? My cheap StackSocial subs are about to expire and they have gone up too much in price. I like to keep a variety of VPNs just in case.

Could you update to the latest version, 2.16.14? The update fails for me and asks for a different network or a VPN connection. It continues to fail using other networks, even with Windscribe connected or another VPN.

I can download from direct download on the Windscribe website. No problems. Installed over thee top and working fine. I don't use internal updater for VPNs. Direct links only.
