Troubleshoot Windscribe keeps disconnecting

Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful

exiting windscribe and relaunching it

As the title suggests, I have the free version but it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. Plus that my startup seems quicker when I remove windscribe from my startup apps.

Server speed fluctuations seem to be common with most VPN services that I've used. Here in the UK if I let a provider find the fastest server for me its often in the nearer parts of Europe, which is fine until I forget where I'm supposedly located and then log into a bank website or ebay. I tried telling people that there were so many less obvious reasons for remaining in Europe!
